Trueway Kids in 2025

As we approach the last month of 2024, our hearts are full of thanksgiving for your support, prayers, and encouragement, and most of all God’s continued faithfulness and graciousness to Trueway Kids. Together, we’ve witnessed how God has used Trueway Kids to touch the lives of children and families around the world. We couldn’t do this without you—thank you for being a part of this ministry!

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to share the plans we have for the coming year. We are so excited to reach even more children with God’s Word.

What’s Coming in 2025

1. Completing the Old Testament SEND Curriculum

The SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) curriculum has been a key focus in 2024, and it has been such a blessing to see so many groups using the New Testament SEND lessons and hear of better engaged groups and even new ministries started.

By the end of 2025, our plan is to have all our Old and New Testament lessons available as SEND packs as well! These lessons will include sensory-friendly activities, adapted crafts, and engaging, accessible teaching tools, ensuring every child can connect with God’s Word in meaningful ways.

These lessons are also great to add and supplement other packs with games, crafts and activities.

Therefore for 2025, we will re-go through the Old Testament, updating some of our current lessons, but adding new SEND lesson, new translations and updated worksheets, crafts etc where needed.

2. Bringing 6 new Themed Programs for Midweek and / or Vacation Bible School (VBS)

It been such a blessing to see so many children using our themed programs – Power of Prayer, The Holy Spirit and Colours of Christmas this year and we’ve heard of many children committing their lives to Jesus. This is such a blessing!

In 2025, we’re planning to create six new themed programs throughout the year, perfect for midweek session or VBS events.

The first program will be ready by January, with the others released steadily throughout the year. We have some exciting ideas planned and can’t wait to share them with you and see how you use them.
Each program will feature sessions packed with story pages, memory verses, crafts, games, teacher guides, printable activity sheets, videos, craft templates and more.

3. Standardizing Lessons Across All 5 Packs

One of our big goals this year is to ensure every lesson on the website is available in formats that serve children across all age groups and abilities.

Baby & Toddler: Simplified stories and hands-on learning activities.
Preschool: Visual storytelling, interactive activities, and foundational learning concepts.
5+: Deeper storytelling, and age-tailored worksheets.
Teens: Deeper application Bible study, worksheets and activities to apply the Bible to daily lives.
SEND (Inclusive): Adapted materials to engage mixed groups of learners with hand-on Bible lessons and activities.

This means even more children will be able to learn about God’s love in a way that engages them and help them apply truth to their lives.

4. Expanding Educational Modules

We’ll continue to release new educational modules throughout the year. Our learning packs will include four sub-modules and over 200 pages of educational worksheets and activities. Ideal for home-school settings and often used by NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations) these resources are designed to foster educational development through the Bible.

5. Translation Expansion

In 2025, we’ll be translating our materials into several new languages and increasing lessons available in current languages. It has been such a blessing to share our lessons in over 40 languages so far, and we are committed to adding even more. We are praying to develop some minority languages and those areas where we have received the most requests. If you’d like to serve with us by helping with translation, please do email us. Our prayer is to reach even more children and families worldwide.

6. Training Material

We have received many emails asking for training material. Delivering quality training in multiple languages is a challenge, but we have received positive feedback on our SEND guide, and we plan to create more learning resources for teachers and improve interactive engagement in our training.

7. Additional Plans for 2025

We have much more that we plan and need to accomplish in 2025. This includes further website development to sustain our continued growth and splitting local websites for languages that have grown significantly. We also plan to add more bonus lessons to fill in gaps in our current lessons and cover more of the Bible. Throughout the year, we will follow the Holy Spirit’s guidance and respond to needs as they arise.
