In this lesson, we’re going to learn about a young man named Sodom and Gomorrah. Have you ever made a choice you later regretted? Maybe you played instead of doing your homework and got in trouble, or you ate too much candy and felt sick afterward. Sometimes, choices seem like a good idea at first, but they don’t always turn out the way we expect.

Today, we’re going to learn about a man named Lot who made a bad choice. He chose to live near a city called Sodom because it looked like the best place—but he didn’t realize how dangerous it was. We’ll see how his choice led to trouble, and how God showed mercy to him and his family. We’ll also learn an important lesson about listening to God, praying for others, and running away from sin!
