The Colours of Christmas (5 Part Series for Kids)

Welcome to our new Christmas series, designed to engage children with the true meaning of Christmas through the vibrant colours of the season! Each session is built around a Christmas colour; green, red, white, blue, and gold. Each bringing the message of Jesus to life in a visually captivating and meaningful way.

These colours serve as powerful reminders of Jesus’ love, sacrifice, and kingship.

Series Overview:

1. Everlasting Life (Green): Green symbolizes everlasting life. Children will learn how Jesus, who existed from the beginning, offers eternal life to those who believe in Him.
2. Love and Sacrifice (Red): Red represents Jesus’ love and sacrifice. This session focuses on the angel’s announcement to Mary and Joseph, exploring Jesus’ mission to save us from sin and His ultimate act of love on the cross.
3. The Light of Jesus (White): White symbolizes purity and light. Children will learn how Jesus is the Light of the World, washing away our sins and guiding us in truth.
4. The Peace of Jesus (Blue): Blue stands for the peace Jesus brings. Children will explore the angels’ message to the shepherds and how Jesus offers peace with God and others, and how they can share His peace.
5. The Kingship of Jesus (Gold): Gold represents Jesus’ kingship. Children will learn how the wise men honoured Jesus as King of Kings and how He reigns in our hearts.
