About This Baby Bible Lesson

This free printable Baby Bible lesson gently introduces babies and toddlers to Paul’s missionary journeys in Acts 13–28. Paul travelled long roads, sailed across the water, and went to many places to tell people the good news about Jesus. People listened, many came to love Jesus, and God was with Paul wherever he went.

Through simple words, repeated actions, music, sensory play, and visual learning, little ones begin to learn one clear truth: Share God’s love.

Designed especially for ages 0–2, this lesson focuses on connection, repetition, and early faith formation. Babies experience the Bible passage through movement, simple signs, high-contrast cards, textured pathways, travel actions, and loving interaction.

The lesson presents Paul’s journeys through simple action cards, including patting the knees to represent setting out on a big journey, moving the hands forward like walking feet along long roads, rocking gently from side to side as Paul sails in a boat, using the Share sign as Paul tells others God’s message, cupping a hand behind the ear as people listen, giving a hug to remember that God was with Paul everywhere he went, clapping as many new people came to love Jesus, and placing hands over the heart to remember that we can share the good news too.

The lesson also includes a Footprint Path sensory activity. Crawling babies and toddlers can move along a trail made from large squares of different textured fabrics, touching and pressing the surfaces with their hands and feet while hearing how Paul travelled down many different roads and crossed big waters to share God’s Word.

Parent Take-Home Connection

The parent take-home sheet reminds families that their child learned: God wants us to share His love with everyone.

It includes simple home ideas such as Basket Transfer, moving safe objects from one basket to another while remembering that Paul shared the good news of Jesus with others, and Travel Sorting, exploring and sorting toys or pictures of different ways to travel such as a car, bike, horse, shoes, boat, or train.

Families can also practise the Share sign and sing the lesson song during the week.
