Luke 10:25–37
Trueway Baby Bible lesson for ages 0–2
About This Baby Bible Lesson
This free printable Baby Bible lesson gently introduces babies and toddlers to the Bible passage of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:25–37. Through simple words, repeated movements, high-contrast visuals, and sensory interaction, little ones begin to learn one clear truth: I can be a kind friend.
Designed especially for ages 0–2, this lesson focuses on connection, repetition, and early faith formation. Babies experience the Bible passage through movement, sound, touch, and loving interaction—helping them feel secure while engaging with God’s Word.
The lesson introduces the Good Samaritan passage through simple action cards, including patting knees for walking on the road, making a sad face when the man is hurt, shaking the head when others do not stop, using the “friend” sign, pretending to wrap a bandage, bouncing like a donkey ride, resting like sleep, and placing hands on the heart as Jesus teaches us to love others.
The lesson also uses a “Doctor Play” sensory activity, where babies gently place soft felt or ribbon bandages on a teddy bear or doll. This hands-on activity helps little ones practise caring actions in a safe, supervised way while connecting kindness with the Bible passage.
