Mark 10:13–16
Trueway Baby Bible lesson for ages 0–2
About This Baby Bible Lesson
This free printable Baby Bible lesson gently introduces babies and toddlers to the Bible passage in Mark 10:13–16. Parents brought their children to Jesus, the disciples tried to stop them, and Jesus welcomed and blessed the children. Through simple words, repeated actions, music, sensory play, and visual learning, little ones begin to learn one clear truth: Jesus loves me.
Designed especially for ages 0–2, this lesson focuses on connection, repetition, and early faith formation. Babies experience the Bible passage through movement, touch, facial expressions, signs, visual cards, and loving interaction.
The lesson presents the passage through simple action cards, including making walking sounds, holding up a hand for “stop,” welcoming with open arms, using the Love sign, placing a hand on the head to show blessing, and pointing to the wrist to remember that Jesus has time for them.
The lesson also includes a gentle Baby Dolls sensory activity. Babies hold, hug, and rock a soft baby-safe doll or teddy bear while hearing that parents brought their children to Jesus and that He loves little children.

Parent Take-Home Connection
The parent take-home sheet reminds families that their child learned: Jesus has time for me. Jesus welcomes me.
It includes simple home ideas such as Come to Me, where a parent opens their arms and invites the baby closer, and Mirror Smiles, where families point to the child’s reflection and say, “Jesus loves you.” Families can also practise the Love sign and sing the lesson song during the week.
