A year of deeper discipleship, wider impact, and resources for every child.

After much prayer and planning, 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most meaningful ministry years we’ve ever stepped into at Trueway Kids. We are deeply grateful for the way God continues to guide this work, open doors, and stir a fresh vision for discipling children and families around the world.

Our focus for this year is simple and prayerfully chosen:

• Go deeper in the Bible
• Reach every age group
• Strengthen global discipleship
• Equip families and churches everywhere

Below is an overview of what we are preparing, and we are so thankful to have you journeying with us.

1. Trueway Word — A New 2-Year Preteen Curriculum

A major priority for 2026 is the launch of our new Preteen Curriculum (ages 9–12) — a two-year journey through the Bible using our new study model: TRUEWAY WORD.

What is Trueway Word? Trueway Word is a simple, repeatable framework designed to help older children explore Scripture with depth and confidence. Beyond a weekly lesson, we want to teach preteens a method of how to study the Bible.

W.O.R.D.

• Walk – Step into God’s Word
• Observe – Notice what the Bible says
• Reflect – Ask what it means
• Discover – Live it out

A Curriculum for Every Child

Trueway Word will join our existing lesson packs so that every age group can study the same passage each week, each at their own level:

1. Baby & Toddler
2. Preschool
3. 5+
4. Preteen (new!)
5. Teen
6. SEND inclusive lessons for mixed-ability groups

This unified approach allows families, schools, and churches to grow together in God’s Word, no matter the age or stage of each child.

2. MISSIONS: Big World. Bigger God.

In 2026, we are launching a brand-new global discipleship journey for children everywhere. We are REALLY excited for this special year with focus on Missions!

MISSIONS: Big World. Bigger God. will be a 20-session adventure (ages 5–11) designed to help children:

• Discover God’s heart for the nations
• See the Bible as one big mission story
• Learn how God uses ordinary people
• Develop habits of praying, giving, serving, and sharing Jesus

Across the year, children will explore:

• Missions in the Bible
• Mission heroes from history
• Missions happening around the world today

The program will be divided into four units of five lessons, released quarterly so families and churches can walk through the journey together.

The core message is beautifully simple: “God’s world is big — but our God is bigger… and you can be part of His mission today.”

3. VBS & Teaching Series (New for 2026!)

This past year, we were encouraged to see more families and churches using our VBS and themed programs than ever before. In 2026, we’re excited to share even more.

What’s coming: 1) A new 5-part Easter VBS, 2) A new 5-part Christmas VBS and 3) Additional age-specific themed series released throughout the year.

Teaching Series / Character Series (NEW!)

We are also preparing a collection of short 4-week teaching series designed to help children explore Scripture through: Bible characters (e.g., Jonah, Ruth) and Themed studies (e.g., prayer, forgiveness, courage).  These month-long journeys will offer simple, flexible options for Sunday School terms, small groups, home discipleship, and midweek ministries.

4. Additional Bible-Learning Resources

Throughout 2026, we will continue expanding our collection of Bible-engagement resources to help children interact creatively and meaningfully with God’s Word.

These include Bible quizzes, Printable games, Comic-style Bible pages, Memory verse tools and more.

Our hope is to help children not only read God’s Word, but experience it, remember it, and live it out each day.

5. Bonus Lessons & Spirit-Led Resources (New for 2026!)

One of the things we are most excited about for 2026 is the freedom to create even more than what is already planned. Each year, God opens unexpected doors and stirs new ideas—resources we didn’t anticipate but that become exactly what children, families, and churches need in the moment.

In 2026, we are committing to remain flexible, prayerful, and attentive to the Holy Spirit’s leading. Alongside our major curriculum projects, we will be releasing bonus lessons, special theme studies, and seasonal resources that respond to real needs throughout the year.

As God prompts and guides, we look forward to creating and sharing these extra resources—trusting that He will use them to draw children deeper into His Word and His heart.
