“The Lord is faithful to all His promises and loving toward all He has made.” — Psalm 145:13
As we come to the end of April, we’re reminded again of God’s steady faithfulness in every season. Over these past months, we’ve seen His hand at work in ways both seen and unseen. This ministry continues to be His work, and we’re grateful for His provision, guidance, and care each step of the way. We look ahead with quiet confidence, trusting that the One who has been faithful will continue to lead us in all that is to come.
ANSWERED PRAYER
On 11th April, we faced a situation that felt almost impossible — all of our main storage and backups failed at the same time. Our HDD, NAS, and snapshots all became inaccessible. Humanly speaking, the likelihood of this happening together is incredibly small, and for a time it meant that all of this year’s work appeared to be lost: baby lessons, preteen resources, mission series content, translation work, and more.
What made this especially painful was not simply the loss of work, but the thought of the children who might not receive these lessons, especially as we had prayed so much for the children who would one day use them while creating each resource.
For several days, we ran long scans and tried many different recovery options, each time hoping for progress but seeing very little. Then, quite suddenly, everything changed — the files became accessible and were fully recovered. We truly put this down to prayer.
We are so thankful to the Lord for restoring what seemed lost, and for the many who prayed and encouraged us during those days. Since then, we have also introduced additional layers of backup, including external, fully disconnected copies.
BIG WORLD, BIGGER GOD – MISSION SERIES (Q2)

Carrying on from this, one of the resources we felt the loss of most deeply was Quarter 2 of our mission series. Quarter 1 was received so positively, and it was such an encouragement to see children engaging with God’s heart for the nations.
In this next part, Big World, Bigger God, we turn to mission history — exploring the lives of men and women from across the centuries who faithfully carried the gospel to the ends of the earth. Our prayer is that these sessions would do more than inform, that they would inspire a new generation of children to take the gospel to all nations in their lifetime.
This time, we’ve also expanded the resources to help children engage more deeply. Each session includes longer biography videos, as well as comic-style booklet biographies that children can take home and continue learning from during the week. We are so excited about these lessons — and even more excited about the children who will hear God’s call through them.
Quarter 2: Mission History (Part 1) helps children see that mission is not just something in the Bible — it is something God has been doing throughout history, and it still matters today.

TRUEWAY LITE – REMOVING BARRIERS TO THE GOSPEL

In our last update, we shared about Trueway Lite — a simple, offline-first mobile web app designed to remove barriers to teaching the Bible. For many around the world, printing resources is expensive, impractical, or even unsafe. Trueway Lite allows lessons to be accessed easily on a phone without the need for printing or constant internet access.
We’re so thankful to share that in March, after a period of testing, we publicly launched all 48 New Testament lessons in English within the app.
After a few further small tweaks, everything is working well, and it has been incredibly encouraging to hear how it is already being used. We’ve heard of parents using it with their children on long train journeys, teachers relying on it at the last minute when a church photocopier stopped working, and reports of it being used to share the gospel in some of the hardest-to-reach places in the world.
We are now excited to begin adding Old Testament lessons, followed by translations — which have already been requested in many languages, especially Spanish and several Indian languages. We’re so thankful that this resource is already helping reach new places with the gospel, and we trust God will continue to use it to remove barriers so that more children can hear His Word.

MORE NEWS
100 Podcast Episodes:

Next week, we will reach 100 episodes of our weekly Trueway Kids devotional podcast (excluding special episodes). Our son began recording these when he was just 8 years old, and it has been such an encouragement to see both him and other children growing in God’s Word through them.

Lunar Reflections Devotional:

In April, alongside the excitement of the moon missions, we released Lunar Reflections — a free, space-themed 5-part family devotional. It has been wonderful to see families using these moments to explore God’s Word together.
It was super encouraging to hear from one church who used these alongside their outreach to share bilingual Bibles with families. It is always such a blessing to hear how you all use the resources.

Ongoing Weekly Resources:

We continue to release one new preteen lesson (Trueway Word) and two new baby lessons each week. It has been a joy to see children using and collecting the Trueway Word booklets, while Trueway Babies is helping churches begin new ministries and reach young families.
Growing Translations:
Translation work is continuing to expand, with new languages being added and existing ones growing — helping more children around the world access God’s Word in their own language.
PLEASE PRAY WITH US
- For wisdom, strength, and protection as we continue creating and safeguarding resources week by week
- For the children and families using these materials, that God’s Word would take root and bear lasting fruit
- For all those who help us translate the lessons in different parts of the world.
- For the growth of Trueway Lite and translations, that more children worldwide would clearly hear the gospel
THANK YOU
Thank you again for standing with us in this work. Your prayers, encouragement, and support make all the difference. Over this past month especially, we’ve been reminded that this ministry is not carried alone, it is something God is doing, and you are a vital part of it.
Together, we are seeing God’s Word reach more children, families, and churches in places we may never go ourselves. From everyday moments at home to some of the hardest-to-reach places, He is at work.
“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” — 2 Corinthians 9:8
