Luke 15
Trueway Baby Bible lesson for ages 0–2

About This Baby Bible Lesson

This free printable Baby Bible lesson gently introduces babies and toddlers to the Bible passage in Luke 15, where Jesus shares the accounts of the lost sheep and the lost coin. Through simple repetition, sensory play, and loving interaction, babies begin to understand one clear truth: God finds me.

Designed especially for ages 0–2, this lesson focuses on connection, security, and early faith development. As seen in the activity pages (pages 4–7), babies experience the Bible passage through simple actions like looking, hugging, sweeping, and celebrating—helping them engage physically and emotionally.

The lesson introduces God as active, caring, and close. Even at a very young age, children begin to associate God with being known, found, and loved.

• A sensory activity: “Hide and Seek Box” where babies search and discover (page 1)
• High-contrast visual cards for early development, including eyes, a sheep, a coin, and a celebration face (page 2)
• Simple action picture cards retelling the Bible passage with movements like counting, searching, hugging, sweeping, and celebrating (pages 4–7)
• A short, calming prayer thanking God for always finding us (page 1)

Watch & Sing Along

“Where Is the Sheep?”
(Optional Tune: The Finger Family)

Little sheep, little sheep, where are you?
Here I am, here I am, safe and found.

Little coin, little coin, where are you?
Here I am, here I am, safe and found.

Little [Name], little [Name], where are you?
Here I am, here I am, safe and found.

Singing together supports bonding, rhythm, and early language development while reinforcing the key truth of the lesson.
